Imagine this: You are sitting at your desk at your internship and one of your advisors comes in and tells you Cosmo(politan) has released this year’s 50 hottest bachelors. I’m no fool. I already knew this and just happened to have the very issue in my bag sitting next to me on the floor. She then proceeds to ask me if I will write a blog about it. “Yes!” … Yes, I would love to stare at the cream of the American crop while I decide which are my favorites and who I am going to be instant messaging later to see if we have a love connection. The following are my favorites:
First up we have Mr. Jhanelle Johnson-Castillo from San Diego, California. This bathing beauty is 23 and is a special investigator. He describes his personality as compassionate and says he analyzes everything. His ideal girl should love to travel (I LOVE to travel!) and have a strong sense of adventure. You can wow him by wearing nothing but a football jersey and he also says that women need to know that a lot of guys are into the whole romance thing even though most girls things they are not.
Next we have Mr. Jon Fritzler of Honolulu, Hawaii. This young man is 22 and is a business student. This hottie was nominated by his roommates girlfriend who says, “Jon is a guy you crave in bed yet can’t wait to take home to mom.” He says that you can catch his eye by laughing with him. He says that a laugh and a smile says a lot about a person. The compliment he most craves is, “I trust you.” Another perk to this catch is he has a personal video on the Cosmo website! Check it out- I bet you are going to be leaving with a bit of a crush!
This is Mr. Kyle Rudduck of Chicago, Illinois. Kyle is 24 and a health-care financial consultant. His ideal girlfriend would be a woman who challenges him and isn’t afraid to argue. He also says he is really shy until you get to know him (me too!) and when he was asked if everyone has a soul mate he responded with, “I hope so.”
This handsome young man with wavy locks to the left is Jason Cooper of New Orleans, Louisiana. He is 22 and a photographer. (Oh, artsy!) Three words that he says describe him are adventurous, impatient, and loud. He also recommends that pick him up a girl should not solely rely on eye contact. She needs to be forward and introduce herself. His favorite female body part are the calves (Good thing I’ve been hitting the gym lately!) and he says that women need to know that, “Guys are not always thinking about sex. That may be all we talk about, but it’s just a defense mechanism. We have a hard time talking about love and closeness.” To conclude with Jason he also thinks that sex on the first date is “sexy”… as long as he still has to work for it that is!
Next up we have Mr. Michael Koshzow from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Michael is a 23 year old exercise physiologist. (I couldn’t tell!) In the words of one of his clients who nominated him, “I hired Michael as my trainer not only for his willingness to help me live healthier but also because its nice to have someone with his good looks tell you what to do–even when it hurts!” (Oh my!) He says the compliment he graves most is to be called a gentleman and he describes himself as fun-loving, laid back, and someone who is always up for a good time. Michael says it is crucial in a relationship that the woman trusts him and that he trusts her as well. He goes on to say that without trust, there’s nothing to a relationship.
Up next we have Feyisayo Oshinkanlu from West Warwick, Rhode Island. He may be from the smallest state in the country but there doesn’t look like there is anything small about him! (I am talking about his smile of course!) Feyisayo is a 25 year old pharmaceutical-sales representative. He says that ideally on a first date he doesn’t care where it is as long as it ends with a kiss! He also thinks women should play hard to get but not spend the entire relationship playing games. He also says if a woman puts herself or others down that he would not be interested in her. Lastly, our Rhode Island stud says he thinks women look their most beautiful when they haven’t put on any makeup yet! (Sounds good to me!! Makeup rituals take way too much time anyways.)
This dapper young man with the cute yet shy smile is Dillon Heath from Goodlettsville, Tennessee (Haha, you’re the only ten I see!) and is a 22 year old student. He says that he is a family guy and loves to be around his friends and family. Dillon craves a girl who can truly be herself around him and says that women need to know that if you are upset with your guy to please just tell him instead of expecting him to guess what is bugging you. Last up we have Quinn Barto from Rock Springs, Wyoming. Quinn is a 30 year old (I like an older man!) pipeline technician. He describes himself as fun, laid-back, open-minded, and enjoys having a good time. Quinn describes his ideal first date as cooking and eating dinner together and then cuddling up to watch a movie. (Cuddling is one of my favorite past times.) He also says he needs a girl who is not afraid to get her hands dirty and enjoys the outdoors. (Hmm…) He also says he could not date a woman who speaks so much that she interrupts him while he is speaking.
