Great ideas to stay motivated! These are very helpful tips!Talking with the "newbies" at the gym and the ones that are just starting out. They all seem to have this in common. They are having a difficult time staying motivated and are not able to visualize there goal of losing weight and getting in shape. Another way to stay motivated is to look at other peoples success stories. Here are some great ones that I came across.

It's so unfortunate that Pittsburgh's representative is potty mouth Meghan. I think Jason's really cute, but Graham was Hot. Jason wins for brains and personality and Graham wins for looks...overall, I'd still take Graham though. (I just reread my last sentence and the superficiality of it made me laugh- oops.).

Okay, so I'm not the world's biggest Jason fan - not sure why, he doesn't doesn't appeal to me like, say, Graham or someone without kids, for that matter - but I am super excited for this season, mostly due to the scenes showing the upcoming episodes! My fav right now is Melissa from Dallas, but I know won't last long -- I can't see her really wanting to be a step-mom. And I'm with you - I can't stand Meghan (the single mom from PA) either!

the "saved by zero!" toyota commercial. everytime I saw that big red zero, I tuned away! they even played that commercial twice in a row. I haven't seen it anymore, so I think they finally got it! I believe there was a internet movement organizing just to have that commercial pulled. I forgot the website name though. the "saved by zero" song sounded like a bad country song. It sounded like they were hurting.

I strongly students pack more conservative clothing. I look back on my pictures with horror -- tye-dyed shirts and cut-off jean shorts (in 1991) are not appropriate, even in India.

In many countries -- especially ones with warmer climates (Asia and Latin America) -- shorts are only appropriate at the beach. Bring plenty of light-weight pants -- and long skirts for women. Also it's best to have shirts that have collars and cover the shoulders (and stomach).

Really.

It could be strange, depending on what the person submitting the video does. At http://www.morethangrades.com, they are looking for videos from high school students to show why "They are More Than a Grade." They currently have a $20,000 scholarship for the best overall video and several $1000 scholarships in several different categories, also video based. So if you can do duck calls in klingon, are under feet tall, even if your last name is not Zelp, this may be the place for you.

Overrated and commercialized, don't trust last.fm stats. Remember that now they are owned by the CBS folks. Viva la Vida is a good album but Coldplay doesn't deserve all those top spots. And the new Kooks album sounds the same as the old one! *bewildered*

[...] LOSE WEIGHT. C’mon ladies- gents too- we all need to shed those 5, 10, 20 extra pounds we added on with all the cookies and cakes and pies and ham we consumed throughout the season. If I was on Family Feud, I am willing to bet that this would be the number one answer, and I would then proceed to play, not pass. But it’s winter! How ever do you plan to keep up the exercise routine? No worries, we’ve got you covered. [...]
